Parkour Meets Gymnastics

What is Freeform Gymnastics?

Freeform Gymnastics is a coed, age specific class, that focuses on gymnastics and Parkour related event and skills. We have taken the curriculum from our old Parkour specific classes and meshed it with some of our popular gymnastics’ curriculum. Students can expect to work on wall, floor, bars, vault, trampoline, rings and even obstacle course training. This is probably our most well-rounded curriculum that takes the best of Parkour and Gymnastics and combines it into one class.

What We Teach

  • Wall related Parkour skills (Tic Tac, wall pop, wall splat, wall spin and wall flip)
  • Vault related gymnastic and Parkour skills (Lazy, Speed, Thief, Dash and Kong)
  • Trampoline related skills (Controlled jumps and flips)
  • Floor related gymnastics and Parkour skills (Shoulder roll, backward roll, cartwheel, dive roll, round off and precision jump)
  • Rings related gymnastics skills (Swings, pull ups and tuck holds)
  • Obstacle course training (We will use our special ply boxes and bars to set up challenging courses)

Details and Schedule

All classes are co-ed and are divided into three levels: Level 1 (beginning), Level 2 (intermediate) and Level 3 (advanced). Kids must be recommended to be placed in a Level 2 or 3 class by a Freeform gymnastics coach. You may schedule a trial class for Freeform gymnastics if your child is unsure of whether or not he/she would enjoy it, or to be evaluated for level. Please contact the front desk for trial class pricing and scheduling.

Kids MUST be six years old or older to participate in Freeform gymnastics classes. Classes for “Older” kids must meet the minimum age requirement for those classes, as they are based on both age and level.
